Recently, as BBAE’s business has continued to grow, we have detected instances of illicit entities misappropriating the “BBAE” brand to engage in infringement and fraud.
Such illicit activities include, but are not limited to: publishing fake software download links; listing counterfeit mobile applications; impersonating official BBAE staff in social communities to conduct business; misappropriating BBAE’s registered trademarks and brand logos; and cloning the official app’s user interface. None of these actions have been authorized or licensed by BBAE Holdings LLC.
The official BBAE application and platform are provided solely by BBAE Holdings LLC. No third party is authorized by BBAE Holdings LLC to offer, operate, distribute, or provide an application, website, platform, or other service using the BBAE name, trademarks, logos, or branding. Any application or platform represented as a BBAE product that is not provided through BBAE’s official channels should be treated as unauthorized.
Users who access or provide information to unauthorized third-party platforms may be exposed to risks including, but not limited to, financial loss, unauthorized disclosure of personal information, and data loss. Furthermore, BBAE does not control unauthorized third-party platforms and cannot assist with transactions or other activities conducted through those platforms.
BBAE assumes no legal liability for any consequences arising from the use of counterfeit or unauthorized platforms, including, but not limited to, financial loss, personal information leakage, or data loss.
