Modine Manufacturing ($MOD) Signs $4 Billion Long-Term Data Center Cooling Deal
Modine Manufacturing ($MOD), a global thermal management technology company, announced a landmark long-term capacity agreement with an undisclosed data center customer for its Airedale by Modine cooling solutions, covering more than $4 billion in product supply from 2027 through 2029.
Under the terms of the deal, Modine will reserve manufacturing capacity to supply Airedale cooling products to the customer over the three-year period. According to the company, it received an upfront cash payment of $165 million from the customer to fund the capacity investments and related expenditures needed to fulfil the commitment.
The company said the agreement advances its strategic objective of accelerating growth in its Data Centers segment. According to Modine, the deal reflects its collaborative approach with key customers and validates its position as a technology provider in the data center cooling market.
The value of the agreement exceeds Modine’s full fiscal year 2025 revenue of approximately $2.58 billion, making it one of the largest customer commitments in the company’s history. The identity of the strategic customer was not disclosed.

ASP Isotopes ($ASPI) Restarts Silicon-28 Facility
ASP Isotopes ($ASPI), an advanced materials company focused on isotope enrichment technologies for quantum computing, next-generation semiconductors, and nuclear energy, announced it successfully restarted the first 18 stages of its Silicon-28 enrichment facility in Pretoria, South Africa.
According to the company, the restarted stages have now operated for over three weeks at target enrichment levels. The restart follows nine months of engineering modifications to non-core components, including valves, compressors, and piping, which had previously caused operational issues. The company said the same enhancements will be applied to the remaining stages of the facility to enable full commercial production.
The company said it has signed three commercial contracts with U.S.-based customers requiring enriched Silicon-28 for quantum computing and advanced semiconductor applications. According to ASP Isotopes, initial commercial shipments are expected to begin in Q3 2026.
The company previously shipped initial Silicon-28 samples to a U.S. customer in August 2025, with independent analysis confirming that enrichment performance matched theoretical expectations, according to the company.

Braiin ($BRAI) Partners with Switchcraft to Expand UK Living Infrastructure Platform
Braiin Limited ($BRAI), an Australia-based technology company building an AI-native platform for residential lifecycle services across property, utilities, and telecom, announced a strategic partnership with Switchcraft, a UK-based utility and telecom switching infrastructure provider.
Under the agreement, Braiin will use Switchcraft’s white-labelled API infrastructure to embed utility and telecom switching capabilities directly into its platform, allowing users to compare, activate, and manage household services — including electricity, gas, broadband, and telecom — without leaving the Braiin environment. According to the company, this approach allows it to expand its service offering without building the underlying switching infrastructure internally.
The company estimates the UK residential utilities, broadband, telecom, and connected household services market represents approximately £25 billion in annual opportunity, driven by residential moves, tenant transitions, and recurring household service spending. According to Braiin, the partnership is expected to generate revenue through a commission-sharing model based on successful customer switches and ongoing platform usage.
The company said the deal supports its broader UK expansion strategy, which includes embedded distribution, tenant engagement, and AI-powered property workflows.
